About us
Pensiunea Danubio sits right on the Danube bank in Coronini, where the river starts to narrow between the mountains. From the yard you can see the Babacaia rock, and on the hill above the village, Ladislau Fortress.
We have a garden, a sun terrace, a private beach with loungers and parasols, a children's playground and a table-tennis table. The restaurant and bar are right in the guesthouse, and private parking is free. Rooms have their own bathroom, air conditioning, satellite TV and free WiFi, which guests rated 10.
The area is loved for hiking, fishing and boat trips on the Danube. Couples gave us a 10 for a stay for two.

The triple room is roomier, with a balcony, a terrace facing the garden and an en-suite shower. It looks out on the river, the mountains, the garden and the inner courtyard. An extra bed for children aged 7–14 can be added on request.
Restaurant & terrace
The restaurant seats 120, with big windows facing the river and a bar. In good weather, guests sit out on the wooden terrace above the water, and in the evening the lights come on along the deck.

Surroundings
Coronini lies at the entrance to the Danube Gorge, one of the most beautiful riverside roads in Romania. Boat trips, the path up to the fortress and the drives to Banat's nature parks all start from here.
The rock rising from the middle of the Danube is Coronini's landmark, and you can see it from the guesthouse yard, best at sunset.
The fortress ruins stand on the hill above the village. Guests have walked up and come back with the whole Danube in their photos.
Boat rides on the river are among the things guests praised most. Golubac Fortress stands on the Serbian bank. Ask us for times.
